Dr. Michael Clarke, D.D.S., M.S.
Michael Clarke was born in Oklahoma City, OK and raised in Colorado. Dr. Clarke spent his undergraduate years at the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo, CO graduating in 1970. He then attended Creighton University Dental School in Omaha where he received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery). He served his general practice residency at Kimbrough Army Hospital, Ft. Meade and then went on to complete his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. He opened his private practice in Wailuku, Maui in 1989. Dr. Clarke is past Chairman of Department of Surgery at the Maui Memorial Hospital and President of the Maui County Dental Society from 2001-2002. He is a fellow of the International College for Maxillofacial Surgeons, and current Director of the Maui Post Graduate Dental Forum, an affiliate of the Seattle Study Club.
